  • Menu structure change - Menu is now more synoptic and intuitive
  • Online order of service Upgrade to every licence
    • Service Upgrade is group of customer support services to registered system Assist@nt users. The service guarantees to users automatic supply of legislative and functional system upgrades, information and providing technical support services. Because ID system Aktion requires more attention than common office software it is the minimal package necessary for system operation in current year which is provided to our customers in the first year for free.
  • Hierarchic structure
    • Three-level structure > distributor - dealer - customer
    • Dealer/distributor administrates his customers/dealers
    • Customer chooses his supplier from dealers/distributors
    • Customer orders licences, licences extension and service Upgrade directly. Payment keeps hierarchic structure.
    • Payment confirmation executes every chain link separately

  • Online access to trade documents (offers, contracts, orders, invoices) in IS of firm EFG (only for direct customers and partners) - direct customers and partners of firm EFG are able to view all trade documents which they acquired within the frame of commercial relation with firm EFG. Documents are also available in electronic form
  • Aktion Bonus account status info (only for dealers) - Aktion Bonus program is fidelity program offered by firm EFG to direct business partner who's members obtains by buying financial bonus. Financial bonus contains bonus "A" and bonus "B". Bonus "A" is calculated from turn-over of debts for current year which they were paid in term of payment. Bonus "B" is calculated from total amount of sold goods in current year
  • Technical support - HELPDESK - Service Helpdesk represents registered requests management. Service Helpdesk is used for requests evidence, displaying their status and history. By the help of web interface you can insert new requests, displaying status of exist solved and unsolved requests and insert to requests additional info
  • Passed trainings list and trainings order - This service provides displaying of passed trainings, warns you before your training validity expire and allows order the new training. Also it is possible to display acquired certificates from passed trainings
