Service and Maintenance

EFG secures the servicing of systems using its own service department. Regular service, maintenance and technical support enable operation of equipment without the need for repairs which may be technically demanding and expensive in the future. Regular inspection and system maintenance is a prerequisite of the long-term functioning or is directly required by regulations and industry standards. As part of service and maintenance we carry out:

  • On-site service intervention
  • Regular inspections
  • Periodic reviews
  • Repair and replacement of components
  • Renovation and rebuilding of equipment

Service wait:

  1. Depending on the concluded service agreement 2-24 hours (depending on the conditions of the agreement)
  2. In the warranty period without a concluded service agreement within 72 hours (on business day)
  3. Outside the warranty period without a concluded service agreement after 72 hours (on business day)
