Parking system

The GPP Compact parking system is a comprehensive system for collecting vehicle-parking fees using tickets and bar codes.  Car park size (number of entries/exits/ticket booths) is not limited. The system is designed to register vehicle entries and exits from garages, car parks, and parking areas with a high level of use. Compact significantly lowers financial losses from parking fee collection.  Return on investment into the system can take only a few months. Compact is a parking system with limited configuration for a single entry and exit, manual ticket booth, or with a payment station. This is an ideal system for small car parks with 50 to 200 parking spots.

System characteristics :

  • System designed for small and mid-size car parks
  • OS Windows 2000, NT, XP
  • Combination with GPB quick gates (opening time within 1 sec)
  • Exit statistics
  • Short-term cards (single-use)
  • Long-term cards (congress)
  • Ticket booth can be located at the car park exit or outside of it

GPDK - Server and Ticket booth

Configuration: PC ticket booth, monitor or LCD, receipt printer, customer screen, ticket booth socket, SBK SW: OS Win 2000, Sybase SQL, GP Park. The data server - ticket booth - secures control of the parking system with the option of service and user setting and remote control of individual system components, ticket booth function, including settlement, statistics and further sale, release and blocking of cards.

Barrier 30S1 - Road barrier

A standard construction road barrier, which opens and closes in one second. It is used, in particular, in GPP Compact parking systems. A driving mechanism with transmission forms a compact unit, a lever mechanism with wound spring takes care of transmission and equalization of forces. For operation, the tested GP Cu3 unit with an optional integrated vehicle detector, or with a transceiver of registered remote controls, is used. The maximum arm length is 300 cm.

GPT - Vehical Entrance Terminal

The set contains a vehicle entrance GPT pedestal with parking ticket issue, customer display, proximity card reader - GpmCU control unit, pedestal heating 2 pcs induction loops, GPB FC barrier, 3m arm. The vehicle entrance terminal's primary function is the issue of parking ticket with bar codes, which are encoded with the time of the vehicle's entrance with the subsequent opening of the vehicle entrance barrier, among others.  The barrier can also be opened by the placement of a proximity congress card up to the SBK reader. The barrier is closed automatically after the vehicle passes through by the induction loop in the pavement. The GBP barrier is quick - opening/closing takes one minute - and it has a solid design, intended for heavy use.

GPM - Payment terminal (Coin and Bank-note)

------------

In addition to a manual ticket booth, the Compact parking system can be equipped with one or more automatic payment systems, specifically the bank-note GPM B or coin GPM C. GPM B takes bank-notes or coins, while GPM C only accepts coins for payment; both ticket booths return any overpayment in coins.
Payment:
The car park client places the KP parking card up to the reader of the payment station, the system calculates the price based on the time parked and this price is shown on the display. After inserting the correct amount of bank notes or coins the system declares the card paid, returns any overpayment and issues a payment receipt, if the customer so requests. Exit from the car park is automatically possible during the tolerance period. For the Compact system the payment terminal can be used only in a ticket booth configuration outside of vehicle exits.

GPT - Vehicle Exit Terminal

The set: A vehicle exit GPT pedestal with bar code scanner, customer display, proximity card reader - GpmCU control unit, pedestal heating 2 pcs induction circuits, GPB FC barrier, 3m arm. The terminal with ticket booth outside of the exit contains a pedestal with bar code scanner, up to which the driver places the parking ticket, paid before arrival at the pedestal at the manual GPDK ticket booth or the GPM payment machine.  The payment site can be placed at any location accessible to the car park. After inspecting the data, the pedestal opens the vehicle exit barrier to let the vehicle out of the car park.  This closes automatically after the vehicle has driven through.
