Fixed Video Cameras

Our new series of video cameras has many new qualities. It features rear focal distance setting and stylish cover appearance with a flush-mounted lens receptacle and hidden control panel. Excellent sensitivity (approximately 0.1 lux with F1.2) with low signal noise is achieved by using the HyperHAD CCD camera chip. If necessary, it is possible to increase the video signal by an additional 6dB using the "Super AGC" function. Intelligent back lighting compensation (BLC) is achieved by a combination of histogram and weighted integration of 225 windows, into which the image is divided. Due to its extraordinary output combined with its low production costs, this General Electric camera series fulfils today's high requirements for a PTV camera. Expanded monitoring of picture white balance (ATW) guarantees that image colors remain natural. Lens shutter speed is controlled at the same time as picture white balance. The result is a clear image with true-to-life colors even under less favorable lighting conditions.

Hidden/Reinforced Video Cameras

New technologies have made it possible to integrate video cameras into a variety of covers. GBC manufactures a wide range of video cameras designed for hidden installation and location inside of objects (clocks etc.) or reinforced (against vandalism) models for installation into the corners of rooms or on ceilings. Depending on their characteristics, you can choose between black-and-white or color versions. The video cameras can be connected to all standard systems of image evaluation and processing.
