These pages are intended for customers, who want to send a request for service. Your request will be registered and according to its type, it will be processed as soon as possible. Requests relating to SW Aktion and Astris (helpdesk) are continuously handled by support staff. Other requests like on-site service intervention are handled by service department, which will inform you about progress. Based on your needs, you will be contacted by a designated specialist, who will discuss a specific solution with you. The waiting period is determined by your service agreement. All customers have an access to form method, which doesn´t require registration. However, after registration and login there are extended possibilities of support usage.
